I found a neat organizing tip on another blog, In Pursuit of Proverbs 31, in a post titled Fast food that comes from home .
Most of the time when we grab a fast food meal, it's for the sake of convenience--we are looking for something fast and easy. What Amy does is keep a plastic basket in her fridge with all of the fast food fixin's in it--lunchmeat, cheese, condiments, etc., so that when it's time for something quick, all you have to do is grab the whole basket out of the fridge, instead of standing there gathering everything up from all over. Like me--I keep lunchmeat in one drawer, cheese in another, and condiments scattered--in the door, on the shelves. I'm sure this makes clean up easier too--I've noticed several times lately how much stuff I have to get out and put away just to make a sandwich. This idea sounds like a keeper.
Visit Amy's blog at In Pursuit of Proverbs 31, and her personal site, AmyBayliss.com, to see what else she has to offer.
Until next time...
