Lest you think I'm about to indulge in shameless self-promotion, I'm going to feature a different blog or website each week that I think has a good message or a relevant feature that I've enjoyed and that I hope everyone else will enjoy, too. What makes this funny, considering the verse I've quoted above, is that this first week's feature is not a woman, but a man.

Somewhere in my searching for money-saving ideas, I stumbled across The Simple Dollar site, and I've been hooked ever since. This site is devoted to frugal living and wise money management, from someone who has learned these lessons the hard way. There are an assortments of articles and links added daily, on everything from crock-pot recipes to saving money on your utilities to investment strategies. I don't pretend to understand everything in some of the articles I've looked at, but there is so much there, even a newbie to frugalness, like myself, can come away with as much information as you can absorb.
